Speaker Bio:
Matthew (Matt) Witten is a cybersecurity leader with over two decades of information security experience, including more than a decade serving as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and senior leadership roles across healthcare, finance, government, and higher education sectors. Currently as the SVP, SISO and Director of Information Security at Camden National Bank, Matt leads the Information Security and Vendor Management teams. Previous to Camden, Matt was the CISO for Martin’s Point Health Care for over 8 years, building the security program to align with healthcare and DoD requirements. In addition, Matt serves on the Goodwill Northern New England and Creative Works Systems boards of directors. The SANS Institute named him one of the "People Who Made a Difference in Cybersecurity in 2018". Matt holds a Master of Business Administration in Applied Management and numerous industry certifications including CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CDPSE, GLEG, and GSTRT.
